Responsible for the development and implementation of strategic marketing plans across all NEC Group businesses and leads a team of 47 dedicated marketers.
Prior to joining the NEC Group Nic, worked for Molson Coors Brewing Company in a variety of roles, including Director of Futures where she was responsible for the innovation pipeline and creation of value propositions, and Director of Media and Marketing Communications. Prior to Molson she worked at Proctor & Gamble, in both Switzerland and the UK.
Nic, who has a BA in History and Philosophy from the University of Essex and an MA in Philosophy from the University of Durham is originally from Newcastle. She is married and outside of work enjoys ceramics, is a Governor at King Edward VI Sheldon Heath Academy in East Birmingham and is a keen supporter of Newcastle United Football Club.
